A federal judge today rejected a lawsuit by the South Carolina man who allegedly made fake Viagra for his business.
The plaintiff in the suit, Michael T. Mims, has been ordered to pay $50,000 to the state attorney general in his personal cases, which are pending before the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
